When looking at the menu it's hard to go past the sushi range (all made freshly in front of your very eyes) with favourites such as sashmi, teriyaki chicken and avocado rolls and the box sushi. One of the most memorable if not the most memorable Japanese cuisine I have ever tasted. The array of choice and quality of the food served is unmatched anywhere in Melbourne that I have ever dined at. I ordered a plate of Sashimi and it simply melted away in my mouth, just amazing! This is Japanese fine dining at its best and is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The restaurant staff are friendly, well trained and will serve your every desire. Just be sure to book in advance if you want a seat.
