A very big thank you to you and your team for doing a wonderful job on both bathrooms. We are very pleased with the final product and the "wow" factor is still there.



The conduct of the whole team throughout the 6 week program is to be highly commended, especially their good manners, time management and tidying up of the works at the end of each day.



Also, many thanks for returning to add the final touches and agreeing to do the "additional building works" that were not bathroom related.



We would not hesitate in recommending Johansen construction to any prospective renovators.

Justin and his team were excellent from beginnning to end. And the final product speaks for itself --- everyone is so impressed with our kitchen and we love it! Justin is so pleasant to deal with and he is a fantastic designer and project manager. He knows his stuff -- technically very, very competent and detail oriented. Perfection is not too high a standard for these men. They were on-time (ready before we were...) and on budget. They also did our bathroom vanities, which also look fantastic. We would gladly do another project with them and recommend them highly.

Good Carpenter. I had new Oak floors and all new doors installed and two months ago had them renovate my bathroom. All the work was done to my satisfaction.
