They charged $323.90 for 1/4 foils, regrowth colour, treatment, cut and straighten, on shoulder length, straight, relatively thin hair. They waited until the end of the appointment to tell me the price had increased from the original $148.90 they quoted (they convinced me I was better off going for the 1/4 foils instead of the advertised 1/2 head, but failed to tell me that getting less foils would cost more than double). In August, they charged $298.80 for balayage, cut, treatment and finish. No explanation why less foils, less colour, less cut and less work costs more than balayage on same head of hair. Owner says it is the same job. (I was refunded $50 when I asked why I was charged $323.90, this included $25 for the treatment I paid for but didn’t receive).

Ok so I reviewed only 2 months ago but I have been again and was not disappointed. Same lady (Shelby) cut my hair and she is lovely so highly recommend her and my hair cut is great to again to. Hope that this lasts as generally I hate hair cuts more than going to the dentist!!

I think getting a hair cut is worse than the dentist but this time it was great.
Most importantly a great cut but also great service, staff all friendly and Lina made me feel really welcome when I arrived. Thanks to Shelby also for a fantastic cut which is still looking great! I will definitely be back there for my next cut.

Had my first hair cut since moving from NSW, Alicia did an amazing job. Team were really friendly and well presented and the store was immaculate. Will be back for sure every time I need a cut.
