I contacted these guys for some more info on getting some insulation work done. They didn't respond to my email. However, they continually drop paper flyers in my letterbox despite the clearly displayed no junk mail sign. I think this says a lot about how they operate. Time/resource wasters.

Do yourselves a favour and DONT use this company. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and did a terrible job. They were to clean our roof, but missed many area's, as well as filled our gutters with moss which ended up bloking up and causing water damage to our house. Unless you get up on the roof with them, you really have no idea if the job has been completed correctly. Go with a bigger more well know mob. You will pay more but at least the job will be done correctly and by a more trustworthy and reliable group.

We live in Northcote, a long way from Church St in Richmond and yet somehow these people target us with leaflets. They are one of the ONLY companies that ignores our 'No unaddressed mail' sign and leaflets our house. Their flyers are alwasy by themselves so I presume they are either doing it themselves or enagaging someone directly rather than using a general service. We have receivd at least four this year already. WHatever he case this is completely unacceptable
