I had JMZ come and restore my Terracotta roof as they had already done 3 other houses in my street. They did my gutters, eaves and soffiets. I also had my large shed restored and painted. They have done a amazing job. The crew that came are top blokes and the office girls have been great also. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a fantastic price! JMZ did our roof about 6 years ago and I have not seen any peeling or discolouration yet. Quite surprised because the same roof was previously painted by another local mob (not a big name company but a roof painter by trade) and the paint was peeling off after 2 years. That's when we thought about JMZ.
JMZ was excellent from the start. Quote came in time and the price was very reasonable (similar to what I paid for the previous shoddy job). The job was completed professionally as promised. N

Definitely don't recommend! I phoned JMZ as they helped me 4 years ago and were so nice when they came out I thought I'd go back to them. Previously I had some storm damage and thought it was a major job but it ended up being a simple tile repair. This time the staff gave me the third degree then told me they couldn't be bothered to look at it. The staff was rude, nasty and I was left gobsmacked!
JMZ's primary business is Roof Restorations. It is unfortunate that you have felt we were not bothered but on the contrary. Where enquiries are received seeking services outside of roof restorations we do need to determine whether we can provide an immediate solution or whether it is best to provide a referral to another local roof repairer. We support local businesses and where our workload cannot accommodate in the instant we are always happy to refer and share the minor repairs amongst smaller businesses.
We needed a quote for some roof repairs as we a have a problem with some leeks and the insurance company said we would have to have the roof repaired and then they will fix the damage .under insurance. We live in a duplex and my wife rang the company and told by a staff who answered the phone told us that they would only do.
Total repair and would not be intrested in doing a quote . How did staff know what we needed I believe they are not intrested in giving quotes they seem they just pick and choose what they want
I had the exact same problem! Rude and no customer service the staff tried to make me feel like an idiot!
Thank you for your feedback - to ensure we are able to be of service to you certain questions do need to be asked. We are roof restoration specialists and if it can be identified during a telephone conversation that your roofing problem is outside of the work that we do we would always like to be able to provide an alternate solution. Suggesting an alternate contractor or solution is usually welcomed.
