Was impressed with the owners ideas when he came to quote for building in a study nook ( and other work )
Greatly disappointed in the follow up service. I understand that he said it was a busy time, but I mentioned that I was in no rush. All good you would think. Well, after a few attempts at calling to actually get the quote, I eventually did get through to Neil, and he appoligized and said he was sick, and would get the quote to me within a few days. Guess what... NOTHING. Rang again, eventually got through, appoligized again, and said the quote would be through over the w/e ( this was Friday ). A week later nothing. Also tried calling again, left messages, and no replies.
This is not acceptable for customer service. Was willing to give benefit of doubt as to possible circumstances, but there is now no excuse for poor customer service.
