Beef- slaughtered and processed for $1.00 per kilo carcass weight sausages are an extra $1.00 per kilo of sausage meat

Lamb- slaughtered and processed for $5.00 per kilo carcass weight or $50minimum 4 or more lambs

Pigs- slaughtered, de haired and processed for $2.50 per kilo carcass weight or $75.00 minimum 3 or more pigs

All jobs are packed and labeled in trays for $80
