Yaroslava Khmara has been practising naturopathy since 1997 after her career in Russia as a qualified Medical Doctor practicing in Moscow City Clinical hospital as a ENT specialist completing her internship in ENT surgery. She completed her undergraduate Bachelor of Medicine at Moscow Institute of Medical Stomatology, Medical Faculty (1978-1984) and her graduate degree MD in Otorhinolaryngology ENT, Russian State Medical University, City Clinical Hospital promoted as a specialist in otolaryngology ENT (1984-1986) She finally completed her postgraduate degree in April-May 1988, Specialized Otolaryngology Certificate, The Central Institute of Medical

Staff Training, Moscow.

Yaroslava then moved to Australia in 1993 where she continued her studies in Naturopathy and natural therapies. She holds a Diploma of Nutrition, Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Remedial Therapies, Diploma of pharmacy, certification in Irodology and Advanced certification in Bio-Cybernetic Medicine. Yaroslava holds a position on the Complementary Medicine Practitioners Associations Council.



Yaroslava's believe is that good nutrition and a healthy state of mind are the foundations upon which physical health is built.
