Absolutely dismal client services. Extremely dirty computer areas for when I am made to sit there for 2 hours a week looking for work (which I can do at home).
Extremely long wait times, even when the room is empty. Half the time they don’t answer their phone. Been with these muppets for 6 months & have had no result with them.
I sourced another employment agency on my own (even though I had to use them to get my Centrelink payments). The self sourced agency did more for me in 1 day then ‘Jobs Statewide’ did for me in 6 months.
Each time I go there I have a new case worker whom might I add are rude & useless. They go through workers like underwear...
The government should stop wasting tax payers money on this mob, the workers there are worse than the so called ‘dole bludgers’ because they get government pay to do squat for their clients!
At Salisbury There are four computers in the front area for job seekers to use. They are extremely slow. Elizabeth and Salisbury job seekers are expected to share these facilities due to 'flooding' issues at Elizabeth, experienced months ago (don't know the exact month, but I think September 2016). It is now the verge of 2017 and I'd be surprised if they've fixed anything. When questioned, they said it was due to insurance problems and 'safety concerns'. Okay, but what about the payments they are STILL receiving from the government for providing services that they are not providing! Can't some of it go toward some replacement computers? Hiring a technician to certify that the area is usable?
