Jock & Jeff Panel Repairs

They damaged the leather on my steering wheel, one wheel guard was not secured properly which resulted in having to pull over on the M1 to investigate the scraping sound, the tools in my boot were used and thrown back into the boot instead of being placed back into their correct spots, they don't re-do the paint protection after repainting, supposed to replace a scratched light cover and did not, need I say more? I'll never go back to that place.

Took 3 weeks to repair our business vehicle after being told a week they refused to listen to the insurance company. The insurance company had to send an assessor out to tell them to fix it. Because they tried to claim it was my fault even after the insurance company said no it is covered. Will never go through them again!

My car recently got rear ended and the person who ran into me was covered by Allianz and Jock & Jeff were the preferred repairers. I told them that my car had to be out by the weekend as I needed it and they were very accommodating and ensured that I had my car back in time. Not only did they do a great job with the repairs but the al washed the outside of my car and vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my car and made it smell all nice and clean. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given!

I had my first smash and the policy had right of choice for the repairer. A collegue recommended Jock and Jeffs as they had a good reputation. I had a substantial repair carried which involved replacing all of the front control arms and wheel assembly as well as the front guard and bumper. Chris went over the whole repair and made sure that we were happy with the result. We did have one little hiccup but they were onto it stright away and had the blemish fixed. We have been driving the vehicle for some time and have had no problem with the repairs carried out. We have had a couple of minor issues looked at with other cars and at all times they have helped us out with really compettive prices and then repairs and have never given us the impression that they were trying to milk us. Over the last year we have used Jock and Jeffs on 4 separate occasions. We have always had fantastic service from everyone there. They have always communicated to us what is happening with our car and we could not fault any of the work thats been done. I would recommend them no problems.
