Jocumsen Property Group

I need to put the facts out there about Jocumsen Property Group at Heather St Wilston in Queensland. I will be posting just the facts and you can decide for yourself if you would ever let them near managing your body corporate affairs.

I am chairperson of the body corporate for King Street Mews CTS33124. Earlier this year I noticed an overcharge of $2500.00 made by Jocumsen Property Group. I have only been an owner here since June 2014 and had no reason at this time to think of what was to follow. I contacted Jocumsens and they responded that it was an error on their part and it would be corrected. I found this company not transparent with their management and their fees very expensive for the service they provide.
