Shocking.............asked for Toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwich and a Coffee. Sandwich delivered flat as a pancake, had been put in Sandwich press...and obviously left too long. I went up to the counter and said I couldn't eat that.....and they said bad luck that's how they always make it. I asked for my money back and they would not give it back. Not the first time I have had bad service here....will DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK...AND WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW HOW BAD THIS staff IS AND HOW RUDE they are.

Not bad, I go often as there is a child's playground outside. Pretty good focaccias, mixed service. BUT - I spent $10 there today on a tea and a thickshake, held out my loyalty card to be stamped and was advised by the staff that they only stamp for coffee not tea. When I mentioned that all my other stamps were from tea, and that tea costs the same as coffee, they were not interested. Explain that logic! Left a sour taste in my mouth especially since I am clearly a regular customer. Also, the thickshake was small and a ripoff for $6.60. Sadly based on this experience I wouldn't recommend.

An excellent place to have a nice perfect silky coffee, sometimes artwork are showed on your Latte, such as flowers, oak leaf, love hearts etc. And we're talking about people who actually know their coffee.
