Jody's violin teaching studio is located in Caulfield.

Lessons are held once a week, and run parallel to the school term. Lessons currently run on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Other days may be suitable by arrangement.

Students attend lessons with their parents who are encouraged to take notes and be active participants in lessons. Students age range from 3 years old all the way up to students in their 70s.

Jody has years of experience teaching very young beginners using the Suzuki Method, as well as other more traditional methods of teaching and learning. Some students approach Jody's studio with a particular method in mind, whilst others want to explore a few to see which method works for their children, and their families. Jody is happy to discuss this with you.

Recitals are held at Jody's studio throughout the year so all students have the opportunity to perform for others, and parents can delight in their children's progress on the instrument.

Prospective students and parents are encouraged to come and observe lessons before commencing lessons. This way both students and parents are able to see how lessons run and what is involved, and little ones become familiar with the environment before stepping into the spotlight.
