Definitely got upsold, went in only looking for quality outdoor table, as we were going to get el cheapo umbrella from bunnings to go with it.
Good store. leeanne and lara gave great service, upselling but not pushy, understanding of our needs, fabulous communication through to delivery, delivered on promised date "in the morning", offered full refund if they didn't have mycolour in stock at warehouse.
Paying by eftpos, making a large order, and a polite amount of haggling got us 15% discount off ticket price. beautiful colour and solid craftsmanship, true value compared to 4 other places we hauled the kids around to.

I had the worst shopping experience. The staff that served me was rude and aggressive. Not to mention their products were overpriced.

Very happy dealing with Joe's Barbeques, bought Bugg bbq online and it arrived a couple of days later. I shopped around and this place is by far had the best price for the bbq I was after. Highly recommended.

Had terrible experience in which outsourced delivery person pushed heavy BBQ across new hardwood floor, causing $800 of repair work to be needed. Joe's didn't want to hear about it - 'not our problem, champ'. Lame way to do business...
