Have been a regular customer for three years until tonight. I arrived at 5.20pm and started doing a quick shop all I needed was some fruit for fruit platter. I was looking around when the customer service person asked what I was looking for. I replied that I was looking for rock melon. Staff sent a person out the back to have a look, but then turned around to me quite rudely and said well we pack everything up now. I didn't feel that was appropriate I am a paying customer I should be treated with respect. I felt I was disrespected by that comment and my business was no longer wanted as staff was more interested in going home. Very disappointed in the attitude I have now decided to go elsewhere as I don't need rude customer service like that. I didn't buy anything the things I had I dumped on a shelf and left. I went to elsewhere to get those things this time round. I prefer to support local business but this business their attitude stinks.
