I purchased a Mercedes E320 from JHA for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately the crank angle sensor failed a day after purchase (pure luck). The team at JHA were very apologetic and had the car fixed as soon as humanly possible. I have nothing but praise for the team and will be happy to purchase from them again in the future.
i purchased a 2010 land rover disco 4 from JMA and its been great coulpe of things went wrong but JMA fixed it straight away,this is not my first car purchased from them and it wont be the last as they look after you,at lot of car yards will just not fix the problems,this is not one of them car yards!!!i have read the comments about somtimes you have to wait for for parts to come in and or delay in fixing your car,but people need to understand JMA car yard dont make car parts and dont run the repair shops,so somtimes there is a delay but they do sell good quality used cars at good prices,im waiting for a part for my new car now but i know when it comes in it will be fitted asap,so for anyone reading this i would give JMA 10 out of 10,and they look after you thanks JMA ill be back again!
Recently purchased a car from this dealer and would recommend them to anyone. They went to exceptional lengths to make sure the car was functional and in great condition; this included three pre-purchase inspections and some fixes to the car (not at my expense). Clint is extremely generous with his time and effort and a very professional bloke to deal with, he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the cars he sells. He is an excellent communicator even responding to my queries and calls outside of office hours. If I could give this dealership 6 stars I would.
Began great, the salesman I spoke to was very polite and helpful to my knowledge. I was told the car had just been given a major service so it should run smoothly. On the advertisement it was shown that the car had tv and Bluetooth audio and had nothing about any faults or flaws. Was only offered to look inside the car and after deciding to make a purchase I was not asked to have a second look and got straight to the paper work which was told after signing "We'll look after you". After leaving with the car it turned out that there was no tv (was not available with that model) and the Bluetooth only worked for calling therefore could not play music (which as a customer I would expect to be notified). My husband and I just purchased a 2004 BMW 325i for our daughter's first car and could not be happier with the service we received from Clint and his dad John. Before purchasing this car we inspected a number of these around Perth and this one was the cleanest with concise log book history. The independent inspection report we organised came up clean and the BMW was delivered to our house for our daughter's birthday. Unless you are yourself a mechanic or astute in purchasing used cars, don't skip purchasing an independent inspection. Ours cost $220, a small investment for peace of mind.
