I had a groupon deal for half a head of foils and a haircut. I made my appointment in person at the salon, however luckily I was in the area on the day of my appointment as I popped in to see if it would be okay if I was running 5-10 mins late - only to be told I did not have an appointment that afternoon and that they had actually made my appointment for a week later. So we're off to a bad start but it wasn't that big a deal and we all make mistakes sometimes.

A week later I show up for my cut and colour. I advise the stylist that I really like my current haircut and would just like it tidied up as it was getting too long and heavy but that I would like the same cut. Would not recommend this hairdresser. I recently had a full head colour done and couldn't wait to leave..... One of the stylists talked at the top of his lungs for two hours straight, it was so frustrating I felt sorry for the lady's hair he was doing. Not a great salon, the toilet is not great.
For the money you pay you should get a lot higher standard of service.

Never again. I couldn't get out of this place fast enough. Had Keratin treatment. My hair feels like straw, my scalp hurts from the rough treatment by the stylist and I sincerely doubt the process will achieve anything like the results they claim. I have had keratin before at another salon and the result was soft, healthy looking hair.

I felt pressured to buy product, pressured to have further services. Stylist left me midway through drying process to take a phone call for 10 mins. Another client was having same treatment and was also clearly unhappy with the result.

I literally RAN out of the place. Awful.

I went in expecting to come out with my highlights re-done and a trim and left with something even better! My hair was personally cut and blow-dried by John Azzi himself, a hair styling genius. He turned my long straight hair in to a masterpiece with life and body (perfect for Summer)! And Margit did an amazing job with my highlights! Despite being completely run off their feet without time to stop for lunch, they made sure to look after all of their customers! Couldn't have asked for better service!! Thank you John and Margit! I am very much looking forward to next time and definitely recommend the John Azzi Mosman Salon for anyone who wants a positive hairdressing experience! You'll be in good hands!

Terrible customer service! I made an appointment at the Mosman salon for 12:30pm and when I arrived, I announced myself to let them know I was there for my appointment.I patiently waited for 10-15 minutes before someone decided to tell me that my appointment time had changed to 2:00pm. One guy told me that he had phoned and left a voicemail to advise of the change to which I replied I had no
missed call or voicemail. The guy responded that they must have had the wrong number which is completely false and unacceptable because I received a text from the salon the day prior confirming my appointment time for 12:30pm. I was asked to come back at 2:00pm which was highly inconvenient for me to wait around Mosman for 1.5hrs especially when I have traveled all the way from Manly ...read more
