John Brinkman CPA

I had been a client of Brinkman and Associates for 5 years. Having changed Tax Agent this year only to find out for the last 5 years I was not advised of a substantial claimable deduction in relation to income producing assets. I have contacted them on at 4 occassions over a 5 week period requesting an explanation and have not received an acknowledgement of my initial request let alone an explanation and resolution. This is very disappointing and only shows that they more than likely were in error but I will never know as they have not responded. It also shows how little they respect or care about clients and the service provided. Having paid approx $400 to have my tax return processed an explanation and a little bit of respect is not too much to ask.
