I've just left this nursery with my sleeping baby in the pram feeling frustrated and disappointed. I kindly asked one of the ladies outside where to find easy care indoor plants. She kindly replied and told me where to find them. I then told her that I had found the ones and asked if she could help me to get and push a trolley for the plants as I was pushing the pram and did not have free hands. She then asked me if I couldn't push both the pram and trolley as she still had 25min left to water the plants outside.
I just couldn't believe that she was literally refusing to help me to buy the plants from the store she works for, even after seeing me pushing the pram. Rang John Cole today to enquire about a hedge plant and its availability, the lady who answered kindly went to find out what sizes were available and rang me back. When I asked if the plants that were left were healthy she was extremely rude and started ranting about how they were the best wholesale nursery in Perth. Maybe you should work on you customer service and remember why you are growing the plants in the first place!!
Just to add some balance from the last review. I believe that when that person rang, the family was under a lot of strain due to bereavement. I have shopped there for years and always been served with as much help and respect as possible. They carry a lot of plants that are hard or impossible to get elsewhere and they also have a lot of mature stock and garden ornaments.
