John Curran Concrete Services advertises in our local paper, part of the ad claims "No Job Too Small"
Well we had a small job to remove some 8" of concrete (where an old wood stove/oven had once been) which we wanted lowered and levelled off to the floor level so we could put a new gas stove there to replace the existing, old gas stove.
We arranged for John to come and inspect the job for a quote and he said he would be able to do it the following week, and that he would go home and work out how much it would cost. Just an update, his ad in the local paper actually says "Small jobs NO PROBLEM".
It also says "Honest, reliable".
I was surprised to see honest, reliable John's ad in this week's paper, given that he told us he was going to be too busy for the next four weeks to do our small job.
