My business type is primarily carpentry, But I do have skills in peripheral trades such as brickwork, plaster board and cement render. This comes in handy when there are repairs required to these areas, for example when a window needs to be moved or piers are needed for a new floor. I have had a lot of experience in structural changes in domestic dwellings and small commercial buildings such as a shop I have a structural engineer at my disposal for beam design or consultation if needed. An example of some of my renovation work can be seen at the East Precinct Art Gallery on Bondi Road. The whole interior and shop front of that building was renovated by myself and my employees. The owners won the Waverly council heritage award for the work done there, as we transferred it back to its original federation glory.
