JMAS provides you with obligation free quotes and advice by phone or email. In most cases we'll be able to tell you in advance how much your repair will cost based on your description of the fault, or at the very least we'll be able to give you a minimum and maximum cost range.
JMAS covers the Gold Coast and Hinterland from Upper Coomera in the North to Tweed Heads in the South and we also service the hinterland as far west as Currumbin Valley, Springbrook, Beechmont and Mt Nathan.

I have used John twice in the past year. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was both professional and friendly and didn’t charge any extra than what he quoted me over the phone. It’s nice to see there are people like him still around. Honest and reliable service. Will definitely call again when I need something repairing. Thanks John.
I booked this repairer in days in advance to fix my washing machine and he didn't show up. I called twice to confirm and explained that I only had one day in a week that I could be home for a repairer so if he didn't come I would have to wait another week to have a washing machine. When he hadn't shown up by 3.30 I called and was told that they still had 8 other jobs before me and were unlikely to make it. I had to book someone else and wait another week to get an appointment for them to come. Being without a washing machine for two weeks with 2 kids does not work!
Terrible, this guy refuses to make actual appointments but gives wide timeframes, comes – and charges heftily – for first visit on guise of charging no more for future visits – then doesn’t turn up after making additional appointments, doesn’t even have the courtesy to contact you to say he won’t be coming; or makes feeble excuses about why he didn’t turn up. Finally charged me a for a part that didn’t fix the problem, advised he would credit me on obtaining another part, but then never contacted me again. After 10 days I finally contacted him to find out what was happening he said he thought I didn’t want the part any longer. He is full of excuses and is mostly unethical. He messed me around for a month and I paid $200 for the pleasure. I had to get another company to resolve the issue for me and they did so in an hour!
