This is by far the WORST TAX AGENT in all of Sydney. My partner and I spoke to them prior to the tax season and they were aware that we would be back overseas at that time. They instructed us to e-mail them all of our info & group cert which we did on July 1st. They have ignored our e-mails & after 4 weeks their secretary admitted that they lost our return & forgot to do it. Secretary said they would take care of them. One week later we called back to get an update, only to be told they haven't been done yet. Fast forward to today August 20 & my tax return has not even been filed yet & they screwed up my partner's return & had it sent to a closed Australian account instead of to his current account overseas. My partner then had to deal with the ATO & the bank himself from overseas, because they didn't have time to fix the problem they created for us.
