John Pirrello Prestige Paint & Panel Beating

John and Michelle really went out of their way to assist me with my repairs, and they both helped me a lot more than I should have expected after the work was completed. Good mechanics and smash repairers are difficult to find, I highly recommend John Pirrello and do so as someone who has worked in the motor industry, specifically in the smash repair industry.

Picked up my car today from John Pirrello smash and wanted to pass on my thanks by way of a positive review. Professional and Courteous experience from beginning to end. All work was completed when and how I was promised. A very professional company.

Last week I took my car into John Pirello's for some advice. Someone had accidently spilt some paint on my new car. I was very worried about this as the car my pride and joy. I dropped into their shop and briefly spoke with the manager. Not only was he helpful but he also understood my concerns about damaging the paint. What happened next was unexpected. The manager came out and inspected my car and told me he would like to try removing it with a product. He then went into the workshop and came back with a container of product and some rags. He then applied the product to the rag and proceeded to rub the paint. To my surprise and relief the paint came off. He then went round to all the spots on the car and got every little bit off - this took about 1/2 and hour. He then told me there would be no charge for this and that he was happy to help. Today I went to this shop to get a quote for my damaged car. After waiting in the reception for 10 minutes, they agreed to inspect my car while whinging " ...Not a good day to get a quote!"
