TOTALLY DISGUSTED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! jan 31 2017,4PM . i ENTERED THE STORE UPON HEARING FROM A VERY TALL SHOP ASSISTANT , COMMENTING TO ANOTHER SHOP ASSISTANT " HEY , YOU JUST INSULTED THAT LAST CUSTOMER , HE LEFT VERY UPSET . i WAS NEXT . I ASKED IF THEY HAD ANY POWER SOURCES OR POWER ADAPTORS THAT WOULD PLUG IN TO WALL SOCKETS AND THE OTHER END INTO A DESK LAMP , BUT THE PIN NEEDED TO BE SMALLER THAN THE COMMON 2.1 MM SIZE . i WAS SHOCKED BY THE RESPOMNSE . I WAS MADE TO LOOK STUPID AND FELT VERY SMALL AND EMBARRASSED , IN FRONT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC . i GOT RESPONSES LIKE " I DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT " AND "I CANT UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE ASKING , IT DOESNT EXIST " . I have never recieved such great help. I was trying to purchase some Phllips children's lights. Phillips were of no help, and got onto John R Turk. It was only a small purchase of 4 lights, but Matthew Costin and his team perserved with Phillips and got me the lights, and delivered them as it took so long for Phillips to deliver them. Highly recommend them - I can't remember ever recieving such good service from anyone - from initial contact to final delivery -everyone, including Steve Masi, were efficent polite and extremely helpful.
