As a professional I will meet with our clients in the comfort of their own home and walk them through a carefully ( and sensitively) designed process to assess their needs to assist them in understanding their situation. We will address all concerns and obtain advice from our specialist solicitors at the time of our meeting so that our client fully understands all recommendations that will be tailored to meet their specific circumstances.
Our clients documents, should they decide to work with us, will be drawn up by our specialist intestacy Lawyers so that the resultant documents will be up-to-the-minute correct.
Our costs are significantly lower than might be paid for the provision of the same advice and document preparation with a local Lawyer. Should our client decide to proceed our costs will be agreed up-front and be fixed for the provision of the desired documents.
There is NEVER any pressure, there is ZERO obligation and we can meet in our clients home or office. We will meet where it most convenient for our client.
We even can arrange meeting on weekends or evenings.
