Terrible and very expensive. $150 for a 10 minute job unblocking sink. When I asked approx cost I was told 'ah this won't cost much at all'. Received invoice in mail 10 days ago andthey have called my husband and I (separate mobiles) incessantly then announces they are 'coming around to get the payment' !!!
My husband promptly messages them to say we only just received their invoice and that they would be paid this week!! Unbelievable.
Your review is not very helpful. I want to know was he able to come around quickly? How was he terrible? Was the sink unplugged on the day? Was it a weekend or a weekday he came around? These are all the things I need to know when looking for a plumber. The price doesn't seem unreasonable compared with other reviews I've read online.
J.Brennan, sorry to hear my review did not assist you: The job was a weekday and no, was very slow to respond to the call out and turned up late on the day, was rude in manner, left mud on our carpet, sent invoice then days later called repeatedly chasing payment never leaving a message (we didn't recognise caller) then they finally leave a voicemail to state they are coming to our house that night for payment - remember the bill was sent only a few days earlier. I am unsure about the query about our sink being unplugged. If you mean did they fix the job, yes they did under 10 mins and charged $150, which after researching with other plumbers after the fact was very expensive. Fixing the plug and providing good service are two very different things and a reason why we have choices when choosing service providers. I hope this additional detail has provided you a better understanding of our experience and assists you in your search for quality service.
Just out of interest how much do you think he should have charged you to drive his ute around to your place unblock your drain and then invoice you for it (paper work his time)? I'm not going to comment on weather I think its expensive.
