My neighbour called out for help this morning,New Year's Eve as a water pipe had burst on his side of the water meter. We dismantled some of the fittings, however we then could not purchase the correct size replacement fittings being 20 mm. I then left a message for John Willis around 11:30am and he called back at 12:30pm and advised he would call around immediately he had completed his current job in Yarra Junction. He phoned me at 2:15pm to advise he would meet me at the neghbours in around 10 minutes. He had the job completed and the water back on in under three quarters of an hour. Our neighbours were delighted and very appreciative in him coming out on New Year's Eve.

We have used John Willis before and had need of him recently to relocate plumbing in our new home. We recommend him highly because he always listens to and gets the purpose of our calls, especially when they are improvments - rather than emergencies - which he has also helped with.
