Terrible, Terrible, TERRIBLE!
It seems that the more you say you are relying on your return, the more they will stuff you around. It must be a running joke in the office or something. I can't imagine that anyone who has been hired there could be incompetent enough to stuff up as badly and as regularly as they will over the course of your return without it being deliberate.
I strongly suggest avoiding this place, it will cause you a hell of a lot of stress for no reason and you will not get any helpful answers from any staff. All of the staff will say just a couple more days for weeks and weeks until you call the ATO and find that they haven't even lodged your return.
2 years I stupidly tried getting my tax done with these people. Never again!

They get you the maximum return back and they are cheap ($50) for a basic return. But they are so badly organized that you need to call them every second day just to get them to send your tax return in. Then if anything needs to be done before the money can be sent to you, they won't tell you, you have to keep calling to find out what's going on. Last year i did my return on the 1st of July and was told to expect the money by the 15th. I called on the 9th and they had forgotten to send it in. Something needed to be updated after that with my bank account and the accountants didn't bother to call me to let me know so when i called on around the 20th of July they said we need your bank details. I ended up getting the return in August! If I hadn't called I don't think that I would have received anything.
