Johnny Boys Pizza

On Tuesday 14th August 2018 they delivered the Pizzas to Elise's. I really enjoyed the Ham and Cheese one because it just melted in my mouth.

Just came back from Johnny Boys Endeavour Hills.

Terrible service, I ordered a pizza in the shop and after 20 minutes I came back to pick it up, she(The oldest one) said: "sorry but we forgot to prepare your order !!!" I said "this is not acceptable" and she said "everyone does a mistake, we all are human" I said yes everyone does a mistake but don't use it as an excuse !!!

my expectation was, at least, she accepts 100% of their mistake not just by simply saying "everyone does a mistake".

Yes ... everyone does a mistake but everyone has to be responsible for mistakes.

Never go back again.

They need to fix their website as when you order two pizzas that are same like,supreme you edit toppings and it edits the other one its so confusing and now I get yelled at by males because of this you then have to redit toppings which still stuffs other pizza up one strike against them

Waited an hour for an order (that was placed online, in writing, pre-paid), they delivered the wrong drink, which was a minor thing I guess, but they also delivered the wrong meal. I called to try and fix it and got an employee who sounded annoyed and not at all apologetic, like *I* had done something wrong, when I tried to say something to them, they immediately fobbed me off to the management - so I tried to say I got upset merely because the other staff was treating me like it was entirely my fault and too bad - and they were just as rude and dismissive. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU'RE NOT WORTH THEIRS!!

Beautiful pizza, lovely staff, wouldn't get my pizza from anywhere else, my kids love it too :)
