Over promise. Under deliver. This seems to be the approach of Johnson Real Estate Ipswich. I received a letter via snail mail offering a market appraisal, and indicating that Johnson Real Estate Ipswich had buyers actively considering properties in my area. Long story short, I followed up with Adam, and requested a market appraisal. He promised to email this through in 24-48 hours. It's been more than 2 weeks, and after 2 follow up emails from my end, as well as multiple follow up phone calls, they have still failed to deliver anything. What a waste of their time and my time, for them to mail me in the first place if they can't even follow up. I'm puzzled as to how they manage to sell anything with this level of service.
