If colourful garments with a frill or a twist are your thing then Johnston and Bell is the shop for you. This is the stand alone store, i recall seeing some pretty tops of the same name at a shop in the city. The quality is quite good and they do have genuine sales so there's often a good reason to call in. Looks good if paired with a plain skirt or pants, but that's just my opinion.
