First cut was a "good" cut... just not what I wanted (they obviously don't keep up with the latest trends and could only manage a simple concave bob). Next cut I showed them photos of what I wanted... staff still couldn't do it (kept asking me... "should I do this?" and I kept referring this staff back to the photos... still looked nothing like the photo. I have had the exact same style before... I was not being unreasonable. Then I got blonde highlights (foils).... the cut was really short (much shorter than I wanted). Several weeks later I noticed lots of hair growing out... about a cm long all over... made my fringe look really odd. Ten months later and I'm still trying to grow it out and it looks ridiculous. Really bad experience for me and after 10 months of crappy hair I got angry enough to sign up and write this review... first one ever.
