Avoid! I ordered my dress April 27th, and did not recieve it until 3rd November. During october, we made many attempts to work out where our order was and what date it would arrive. It became very stressful and upsetting. When I finally got the dress it was beautiful, but the stress caused for the months beforehand almost didnt make it worth it. During my visit to the shop yesterday, there were a number of other unhappy customers. One girl was demanding a refund for 3 bridesmaid dresses which were all the wrong size. It was 2 weeks until their wedding. Avoid all the stress and tears and buy elsewhere.
We ordered 4 dresses in Jan and come May they hadn't arrived we had been chasing them for weeks prior and after the delivery date and they would never get back to us or tell don't worry it is all OK everything is on track. It amazes me how they could think that dresses that were 2 weeks late were on time. One dress finally arrived and it was so poorly made with panels not matching and the boning all wrong that we cancelled our complete order.
