Rang to get a quote, found the 'Gentleman' unbeleivably rude and unhelpful, he even hung up on me in the end. Not sure how they survive if this is their customer service. Very disappointing.
Good morning, We really apologise for any inconvenience caused, unfortunately I do not remember this conversation. With everything going on at the moment everyones stress levels are at an all time high. Our phones are diverted to my mobile and unfortunately at the moment we are having issues with service reliability - call quality and calls being cut off.
After meeting lee (owner) and hearing how good they were, how the others are shonky and he would look at my job,quote it and do it professionally I booked an inspection and was ready to give a reroof to him (@$20000).4 phone calls later and a number of excuses from the receptionist I received an email to say they were to busy to take on my job even though I was told they were in a slow period.
They've waisted my time and am not happy.
I expect another reason or excuse why as a response to this complaint.
Not a person to trust!

Hi Silvano thank you for your feedback however this incorrect.
1. You were an invited guest to our premises through our landlord to fix our garage door.
2. Yes I spoke to you and you mentioned you had a hail damaged roof.
3. I indicated I would try and get out there but an appointment was never made.
4. You must have had the wrong impression as we were very busy and still are.
5. Our records indicate you followed up two times at the most for your FREE quote only.
6. An email was subsequently sent saying we were unable to quote due to workload.
7. I fail to see how such a negative review is approved for a FREE service (ie quote) that could not provided - very one sided!
Requested quote for small but tricky job and jones roofing tried to upsell me to a much larger job. No quote provided for the original work. Very disappointed - busy storm season and they think they can get away with this type of thing.

I came out to your property and met you on site. We discussed all issues you were having with your roof not just the leaking gutter. You agreed at the time that there were other issues.. Therefore I prepared a quote on this basis to fiix all problems. Better to fix all leaks at the time considering the height of the job. I don't consider fixing all leaks to be upselling at all. Yes it was a particularly busy time given the nature of the severe storm in late November. We were trying to deal with the most urgent quotes first (ie roof sheets missing, holes in roofs etc). Therefore a standard reply would have been sent as we were asking for consideration and patience as we are at the mercy of the weather and only a small business. I am sorry you feel that we did not address your issue but it is only a quote and therefore you can always go else where.
