This has got to be the best restaurant on the Gold Coast hidden away in Sanctuary Cove. Gary Jones as I discovered is a Michelin Star chef who deserves every accolade i can think of. Truly worth a visit to savour his creations as I cannot find enough superlatives to describe the food.
