It's not very often I have to re-write a review for a business, however I felt that I needed to express my concerns and just highlight a concern. I had some plumbing work done at our premises a few weeks back and I asked the plumber to double check some of the work that was carried out by this company for piece of mind.
Im so glad I did. They checked a valve that a cap was placed on after the hot water system was re-positioned. The concern was, they did not thread the cap on fully, causing a potential, "Blow out". Meaning, water could have bust through the pipe leading into my laundry, causing it to flood it and the house in seconds.
This confirmed my suspicions I had from this company on the day of install. I have since raised this concern and I can only hope that take the complain seriously.
The matter has since been resolved by the plumber we hired that day who find the issue.
This company was contracted by another contracted company to look after my hot water installation. Was told that our installers would arrive between 9am and 4pm, that they would not commit to an arrival time, however, they would call 30 minutes before attending.
Excellent I though, at least I can prepare 30 minutes before their arrival. 8am, knock on door, two workers standing outside my door. Not a single phone call, no time to prepare. I thought, well at least there're early and I don't have to sit around all day waiting for them. ...read more
