They turned up for a job all polished, smiles, and ready to go. I took them on because they declared they are the best in Ipswich and guarantees all their work etc and if any of their customers have a problem with their work, they will come back and fix free of charge. Their performance slacked off within 3 hours with the taking of phone calls and music blarring out of their DVD player whilst they worked. The next day they turned up with another person who they said was a "fully qualified carpenter" and was here to help them out. They didnt tell me that I had to pay for this "extra help". Well, when I got the bill I found out I was charged $50 an hour for the so called extra help - nearly $500 extra on top of what was quoted!. All the person did was hand them the hammer, nails and sang along loudly to music all day from their portable DVD player.
