The staff, especially the owner, are always lovely to me. She is the most experienced florist I know in Brisbane. I always rock up randomly and get something great, she can make a beautiful arrangement in just 5 minutes. I am glued to this business because she gives me discounts and generous flower portions for being a "frequent flyer".

I ordered wedding flowers for my sons wedding on the Saturday but picked them up on Friday afternoon. The buttonholes I ordered were one for the groom which is an orchid at $15, 3 roses with gypsophila (babys breath) at $12 each and 5 roses at $10 each. She gave me 4 roses with gypsophila and 5 roses. No orchid. I wasnt able to check them when I picked them up as they were in 2 boxes and I was in a hurry to get home to get other things ready for the wedding.

I rang them up on Saturday at 8.38 and told the lady that she didnt give me the orchid buttonhole which I ordered. wow, was I amazed when I received a bouquet of flowers from my hubby on Valentine's Day! The flowers looked extremely fresh and filled with lillies and roses. It even had some bling to it, which is my fav! I found out it was from Joy Florist and went there from then on to get all my flowers for my friend's newborn baby celebrations and my girlies' birthdays. The service I was great. The price is also very good as I usually spend around $80 on my friends and get a very big bouquet arranged nicely with harmonizing colours and lots of flowers. I'm more impressed with each visit. Definitely a place to go!
