I totally agree with the 1 star review he is late accepts you to be understanding however when asked to wait 4 mins and by the time I got downstairs he had the audacity to drive off. I agree with the review of ZDR. He did a good job 2 times when I had used his services before. Quite moody and not very happy person. He cant also take constructive criticism or feedback.

I got a phone call saying he was late for 1 hour I accommodated that. I understand people are running late and he did a courtesy of letting me know. then when I am even late for 10 mins to wait he just drives off very abrupt rude its okay for him to be late for 60 minutes ie 1 hour but when a client maked him wait 10 minutes (was finishing a microsoft teams meeting with my moss he just drives off 1 star

I have been using JP Carpetmate for many years. I have used many carpet cleaners in the past and no other company can clean like these guys. I was going to buy new carpets for one of my houses, but after I had it cleaned by JP Carpetmate- I realised I didn't need to, THEY SAVED ME THOUSANDS of Dollars!!! i think I can hold off for another 5 years. Highly recommended, top service, friendly advice, great experience.

These guys are fantastic, a job well done. Their prices are reasonable and my carpets have never been so clean. it only took a few short hours before it was dry, I am so happy and will definitely refer to all my friends and family. Thanks JP
