I would advise them in future not to be rude and sarcastic to someone who was previously a satisfied customer. Apparently expecting something to be done promptly and on my business premises was ridiculous. Not impressed at all.
Doing things promptly and on business premises is what we do....
Unfortunately for a job that requires dismantlement every component of the laptop for repairs is not something that is feasibly done onsite.
For a major hardware repair it does require the correct environment, tools and time in order to have it done correctly without other problems breaking, loosing screws and being dismantled in a high static environment.
I was shocked to see how fast you hung up the phone without giving me the chance to explain why your issue could not have been done onsite within the time frame you demanded.
Iam sorry if you are upset with the outcome but your issue could not have been resolved professionally on your premises.
