Expensive at $240 per session - my bank balance was on the declining slippery slope but my ability to cope alone wasn't increasing at all after a year+ therapy. Therapist does not seek to make herself redundant to her client but instead works to keep clients in a therapy trap. Her strategy as therapist/mediator in my relationship breakdown matter failed spectacularly. Rarely provided positive reinforcement over the course of therapy sessions. Few sessions where I felt good coming out of the session. 'Bigs' herself up during session with a fair amount of talk about her qualifications and expertise. Many unhelpful comments and a general insensitivity and lack of understanding towards separation and single motherhood issues. I would not recommend this therapist to any mother who is looking for a therapist to assist with separation issues or issues concerning parents who have children and are in the middle of a separation crisis.
