I called in to get my phone line connected to the MDF because my phoneline was not working. Not only did I get played by Telstra who said they connected the service, but when I called back the electrician disconnected my phone socket from the wall (which I didn't notice because it was still slightly connected externally)! I didn't realize this until I called another eletrician who finished the work in 5 minutes.
