I won't go into too much detail about how the whole situation started but to make a long story short, I was pressured into co-signing for house. The real estate agent who is representing them told us that they would also help us find a house if we would co-sign for them so my husband and I went along with the deal since we are looking for a house right now. The only problem is that they are virtually unreachable. Never answers the phone or returns and phone calls, always shows up hours late or not at all any time we have an appointment to view homes, and it took them weeks to get back with us on homes that we have put offers in for, only to find out that we have lost another opportunity to get a home. Always making excuses about how busy they were or whatever else they can come up with. Agree with kw2.
My home been on market for more than 5 months (GW). Not one time has agent personally shown house. I understand Glen Waverley market is going a little bit down but my house has 4 bdrm, 1 bath (cute starter home) now they force me to a cheaper price and still no sale. If you are putting your property with them, please reconsider.
