Always very friendly and attentive to my requests (and I have many:). Definitely recommend this wonderful team of professionals who are most knowledgeable about hair business. I have been visiting this salon for the past 12 months, and my most recent visit will definitely be my last.

I had the most unprofessional experience from both the salon management and the staff also.

Whilst having my treatment done, two of the staff members had argued as myself and another customer were able to hear everything that was said. When one of the staff members who was involved returned to finish my hair treatment, was so flustered lost focus on my hair and did not speak to me

I've been coming here since the salon opened, I was sceptical at first, it wasn't really the freshest salon around, but I had been so disappointed with the treatment from some of the bigger salons in the area. Kylie is amazing, she takes the time to really understand what your concerns are and what you want to achieve. Its got a great new location, which is a a bonus and I love Gwen, on reception. Its so nice to see a friendly face when you arrive. Thanks for the past couple of years.
