Beware !! I took my Maltese to them after reading good reviews my dog came back with the worst shave job I've ever seen when I took my dog in to them at first they blamed me and said my dog had matting which he didn't than they offered to fox it but their attitude was so bad I just left. Poor attitude and terrible job

So disappointed to read your feedback. I respect your personal view although I have not ever had feedback of this kind and personally do not agree.I believed your concern was with your dogs pressure sores on elbows and your friends concern was the haircut. Unfortunately where there is extreme matting the clippers can only go under the matt not through them which can impact the length and texture of the coat left after the clip. Pressure sores are common with scabbing on elbows of dogs and I again encourage to speak to your vet with regards to these and also flea control.
Unfortunately no resolve is possible sometimes, when both parties do not want to work for a resolution. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best for 2015.
