Julavou

Awful service. Husband spent $1000 on a Rovina watch and it stopped working, took it back and they refused to help- the most appalling customer service experience of my life. I complained to them saying this is not good enough and she asked me to leave the store as they cannot do anything for me.

Although Julavou has some truly lovely designs and stones, on two occasions I have bought earrings that literally fell apart after being worn a few times. One pair, needed stones and seed pearls replaced almost immediately. The other pair was very fragile and the kept coming apart. I went back twice and in the end gave up! It's just not worth the bother for something that is nearly new.

Absolutely disgusting service. Bought my engagement ring from this store and was stunned to find that it broke suddenly while at dinner a few weeks ago. I returned it to the jeweller, who not only took two weeks to inspect it, but then advised that they had repaired it and that I must have damaged it and would therefore need to pay. Had the ring assessed by two other jewellers - and they both reported that not only was the manufacturing faulty in the first place, but also that the repairs which had just been done were also faulty. I now have a white gold and diamond ring which is actually cracked (another jeweller said it would take a train to run over it before this would happen!!!), and the jeweller will now not answer our calls - Avoid at all cost.

Loverly place! My husband had these guys custom make my engagement ring, it was absolutely stunning! We went back and they designed a wedding band to suit the engagement ring and made my husbands to his specifications. Both just stunning pieces of jewelery. They also happily offer to clean our rings each time we come in so my ring still shines like the day a first got it.

I have returned numerous times for repairs on jewelery from other jewelers and to look at getting other pieces.

Love this shop and will be sure to return again and again! Great serve, great quality and for a perfectly well priced! Highly reccomemd to everyone!

We got my beautiful engagement ring from Julavou. They custom made it off a photo I'd given my fiance. I then returned 6 months later to talk to them about making my wedding band. I was dealt with a couple of lovely ladies, who obtained a quote from them to use some stones out of my grandmothers engagement ring. They said this was no problem and it would take 3 weeks so return closer to the date. I returned 5 weeks out from my wedding and was greeted by the rude staff who tired to trade me my grandmothers ring for $900! When we were eventually on the same page on what I wanted, I was told they'd think about a quote and call me the next day. Two days later I receive a call to say they did not want to do it.

I am now 5 weeks out from my wedding had to go find another jeweler to accommodate my request. I certainly won't be buying anything further from Julavou as I don't trust them as far as I can throw them!
