Julia is Nationally Accredited by the National Mediation Accreditation System (NMAS).

She is also registered with the Attorney Generals Office as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP).

BACKGROUND:

She also has over 10 years experience as a solicitor in commercial litigation, employment disputes and has specialised in family law, property divisions and children's disputes.


She is also a member of the following associations:

* Australian Mediators Association (AMA)
* LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolution practitioners),


MEDIATION PRACTICE:

As a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner(FDRP) she can issue Section 60(I) certificates when mediation is not appropriate, enabling the parties access to the court process.
