Some doctors at this clinic are very good and conscientious. I did not give the clinic six stars though due to their very limited business hours. It is not possible to get an appointment after 4.00pm! The clinic just opens a couple of hours on Saturday morning. Closed Sunday. People do not get sick by appointment. I had to look for alternative doctors during emergencies. The clinic doctors would not see my children because they were fully booked....and the child was running a fever and had an infected throat. I have been visiting these rooms for 20 years, and would love to stick with them. But, unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere many times....a big disappointment, you do not expect this sort of care from your family doctors.
The trouble is, I don't get sick by appointment. I was sick today, and really needed to see a doctor. But didn't have an appointment so I was turned away (even although I was there 30 minutes before kickoff and so was the GP). To turn insult to injury, it was an exacerbated proble that he chose to do nothing about a month ago.
High standard of care? Nope, no care at all without an appointment. I was treated as a complete invonvenience.
Suggest you avoid and go somewhere else.
