Ordered cat litter on the 1st Sep. “same day dispatch” was kind of misleading on the website.
Followed on the 4th Sep, got a reply on the 6th suggested our delivery “ won’t arrive for over a week potentially”. On the same day we received a dispatch email. Saying the package is in Campbelltown, packed and dispatched. We have not heard for anything since then therefore on the 13th (2 weeks after order!) we followed up with the team again. 15th the team email reply saying have lodged an enquiry with the couriers for an ETA and a request for urgent delivery. We requested for an update on the 17th however we have not heard from them again. This is day 20 since we order, ordered from another website and have arrived on day 5. This is unbelievable, seeking advise with ACCC.
